My puppy loves Dana! She sits near the door and waits for her. Dana sends me great photos of her running and playing and my dog comes home so tired she does not have enough energy to cause puppy trouble. Dana is the cure for dog guilt on those days that you can't make it to the trail.
Dana is an amazing dog walker, completely responsible, reliable and enthusiastic. And the name Love of the Pup is perfect for her, as she is a devoted dog lover. Anyone would be lucky to send their dog out with her on the trail. Woof woof (that's my pup agreeing wholeheartedly).
I had a great experience using Dana as a regular dog walker and occasional dog sitter for my two large dogs. It's a great relief to know your beloved fur-babies are in the capable, caring and positive hands of someone like Dana. Additionally, she provides clear communication with the humans and was generous in sharing photos and updates about the dogs' activities. Dana is very conscientious about keeping up with the latest certifications and doing the right thing for each animal in her care. Highly recommend!
We feel so lucky to have found Dana! Dana immediately developed a strong bond with our dog Maizie. Maizie gets soooooo excited when Dana arrives to pick her for walks, and always returns tired and happy. And of course, we're happy too, knowing that Maizie is out having the time of her life under Dana's attentive care.
Dana is amazing! She is so good with my very active lab Hank; who always returns home tired. She is super reliable and has never missed a hike--rain or shine. Plus she's super adept at extracting Hank out of the pack that lives in our house. The best thing about Dana is that she really cares about each of the dogs she walks and has a strong bond with all of them. I don't know what I would do without her!
Dana takes two of my three dogs out once a week - the two bigger ones. They love it, and they love her; and while she has them, I get to take the little dog out for some "special time." People and dogs are happy, and all is well.
My large, loud dog Rebel may be barking and out of control when Dana arrives, but she knows exactly what to do and say to charm him into a peaceful, happy state. She exudes that strong, steadiness we all love to be around. Her dog groups are well planned with compatible dogs, safe locations and a reasonable size. I never worry about my beloved dog when he is with Dana.
My dog Patan has been hiking with Dana (Love of the pup) for two years. I could write a long review sharing the multiple moments in which Dana went above and beyond her job description to help Patan be a healthy/happy dog and to make life more manageable for me and my family. But in order to be direct and brief I will just say that Dana is responsible, responsive, considerate, knowledgeable and extremely hard working, and on top of that has a unique and loving relationship with all the dogs that she takes on. She is a dog’s (and dog’s family) dream come true.
Dana Dopazo-Meyers has been walking our dog Sasha for some time. Sasha is a 60+ pound dog who is 15 years old. (According to our veterinarian, that makes him 92 in people years.) Dana takes wonderful care of Sasha on their trail hikes. She has helped him through his transition from a wildly energetic border collie mix to an older dog who has the memory of energy and the desire to do what he used to do, but has lost the ability. He is also losing his hearing. Sasha knows when Dana is coming to take him for his walks. He sits by the door eagerly waiting for her to arrive. Dana is absolutely reliable and trustworthy. She is a knowledgeable and skillful dog trainer. We are grateful to her for extending Sasha’s life and making him so happy.
Our golden lab, Bella, loves her walks with Dana and so do we. Dana clearly loves what she does; she brings great warmth, kindness, skill and patience to her work and, equally important, reliability.
